Gymstick Original 2.0 is a functional resistance training tool that does more than replicating free weight exercises it provides resistance in virtually any direction and in any position.
Each exercise will improve your core strength, balance, posture, coordination, muscle strength and endurance. It is a complete body workout.
Gymstick Original is available in five different resistance levels ranging from 1-30 kg / 2-66 lbs. Ideal from juniors to seniors from rehabilitation patients to world class athletes from beginners to professionals.

During the purchase consideration phase of the sales product, they are really nice and want to sell the product in every way. But after the transaction and the customer purchases, the situation is completely different, the customer service sales person becomes rude and argues with the customer and threatens the customer with canceling the transaction when the customer questions how and when and on what basis the product can be picked up.
At the time of the sale, they leave a lot of things unsaid and let the customer understand from their writings and speeches that they are completely different from what they actually intend to do and those things only become apparent after the transaction and payment. Especially the online store manager Mika L, you have room for improvement in your customer service skills, what you think or agree with yourself is not the right way to handle business with a customer and especially a paying customer and represent the products and the brand as you did. Siberia is cold, and that will eventually teach you. It left a bitter taste.
At the end, they tried to be more objective, which is of course quite good but a bit late, but in the sales phase, so that the customer buys the product, recommends it and comes again, it went down the drain. I’ve been using Gymstick for about 3 years and I’ve noticed a profound impact on both my general fitness and sports-specific performance, particularly when it comes to my golfing game.

I love using the Gymstick as it truly works all muscle groups as well as improving balance, strength and coordination but keeping it low impact. I’ve been following Marietta Mehanni’s Gymstick Muscle program for 5 years and trust her programs.
